About Us

With experience competing at four schools in three states, we understand the college process firsthand. Along the way, we’ve built strong relationships with coaches, gained insight into different programs, and developed a deep understanding of the college locations across the U.S.

Having been through it ourselves, we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Mats grew up in Levanger, Norway, where he represented both Levanger and Steinkjer at the senior level. After excelling in Norway, Mats signed a scholarship deal for the prestigious Division 1 program at the University of Central Arkansas. Here, Mats had the opportunity to experience one of the most competitive leagues in the country.

In 2019, Mats transferred to San Francisco State University, where he quickly became a key player and leader. He graduated with honors in Exercise Science, a degree that opened many doors for him in both the U.S. and Europe. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Mats returned to Norway and continued his academic journey at Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH), where he pursued a distinguished master’s degree in Exercise Science.

Mats' journey, with degrees from both the U.S. and Norway, illustrates the opportunities and possibilities that college athletics offer. Having played and studied in both Norway and the U.S., and with experience in both NCAA Division 1 and Division 2, Mats has the expertise to guide others through the college process and help them navigate the opportunities available to student-athletes in America.

Markus grew up outside of Oslo, Norway, and represented Bærum SK in Norway before receiving an offer from Davis & Elkins College, a nationally recognized soccer program in West Virginia. As a freshman in 2018, Markus was nominated Freshman of the Year. The following year, he secured a spot on the NCAA All Conference First Team, adding another milestone to his journey.

After leaving his mark on West Virginia, Markus headed to the West Coast, signing for San Francisco State University in 2020. He lead the team as the captain and graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Business Administration. After graduating from his bachelor's in 2022, Markus received an excellent offer from California State University, Los Angeles, the #1 nationally ranked men's soccer team, where he would pursue his master's degree in IT.

In many ways, Markus is a unicorn in college soccer; he has played for three prestigious colleges in three different locations, and he has two degrees to show for it. Markus stands as a testament to the possibilities that unfold when choosing the U.S. Through transferring twice, experiencing three different universities, and pursuing two degrees, Markus has learned how the American college process works.
